Do you need help with lymphoedema ? Often when thinking what to do for stopping the swelling and oedema plus obtaining specialised lymphoedema information, help and treatment, it becomes quite difficult. Lymphoedema help and treatment requires some specialised assistance over more than one modality in many cases.

You can visit my lymphoedema and skin care clinic for CPT lymphoedema therapy and lymphoedema clearance massage, bandaging or lymphoedema laser therapy, however, whether you are able or not to personally attend this clinic it is my aim to provide care and assistance to help you reduce your lymphoedema swelling. 

Getting sustainable reductions may take a little time, for just as lymphoedema creeps slowly up on you, long term reductions take time and patience to slip away. The basis of lymphoedema treatment to remove oedema; increase mobility; plus provide you with a personalised lymphoedema control strategy, is by the method of  Complex Physical (Lymphatic) Therapy (Casley-Smith Method) which includes;

• lymphatic drainage massage

• dietary control

Additionally to assist enhanced result, and where considered beneficial incorporated into your treatment is; 

• Low Level Laser therapy
